Based in the Kitchen of the Stillorgan Park Hotel you will learn how to master the art of Cooking. Our Executive Chef Enda Dunne promises that after his 3 week course you will be prepared to host your own dinner party.
Each week, three groups will focus on different courses, giving everyone the opportunity to learn the skills required to make starters, main courses & desserts. As an added bonus each week will be followed by a 3 Course dinner party where you can relax in our restaurant & enjoy the 3 Course Meal the class has prepared.
Ready, Steady, Cook Classes – Evening format
• 6.45pm – 7.15pm: Tea/Coffee Welcome Reception
• 7.15pm – 8.00pm: Demonstration of each course by our Executive Chef and 2 Senior Chefs.
• 8.00pm – 8.45pm: Time to Cook!
• 8.45/9.00pm: Wine Tasting with a Wine Expert & Dinner Party where you will enjoy the meal that the class has prepared along with the 3 Stillorgan Park Hotel Chef’s.
