Spa Etiquette

The White Pebble Day Spa is a welcome respite from the bustle of the city centre. Out of consideration for others we request visitors keep noise to a minimum. Dedicate your time at our Spa to complete relaxation.

Arranging your visit

We would suggest that all appointments are booked in advance to avoid disappointment. Please arrive at the Spa at least 10 minutes prior to your treatment.

Mobile Phones

Mobile phones are not permitted in the spa. We would ask you to respect the quiet and calm environment that we have created at the Spa.

Health conditions

If you have high blood pressure, heart conditions, are pregnant or have any medical complications we advise you to consult your doctor prior to your treatment. Please ensure that your Spa Therapist is aware of any medical conditions.

Gift vouchers

Gift vouchers are available and can be purchased at our spa reception or by phoning your spa co-ordinator on 01 2001819. Vouchers are valid for 6 months from date of purchase. Please present gift vouchers to reception on arrival to the Spa.

Valuables

We recommend that no jewellery be worn at the Spa. The management accepts no responsibility for the loss of money or valuables of any kind brought into the spa premises.

Cancellation

We understand if you cannot keep your appointment but we wish to serve others who may be on a waiting list. We would appreciate if you could advise us at least 48 hours prior to cancellation. Otherwise a 70% cancellation fee of the cost of the treatment will be incurred.

Group bookings

Group bookings can be scheduled any time of the week. We offer a range of half day and full day packages designed to address the specific needs of todays busy business people. Lunch is included in all half day and full day packages.
